This top rated fitness program is currently airing internationally and in select areas of the country. Due to Kiana and her show's tremendous success, ESPN created several shows for Kiana: "Kiana's Too Fit 2 Quit," "Summer Sizzle with Kiana" and "Hot Summer Nights with Kiana." After 15+ years in the television and fitness industry, Kiana has been enjoying her much deserved private time off to start a family. Kiana's athletic husband, Dennis, is a Fire Fighter/Paramedic/Engineer having recently played football in NYC for the Fire Fighters vs. New York Police Dept.; Kiana's 4 year old little girl, Anelalani, loves to play soccer, dance, paint and "do Mommy's Flex Appeal Workouts at the Gym;" and...Kiana recently gave birth to her 2nd daughter, Baby Kiana Kai Asialea on November 6, 2006!
